Dog Bed

A dog bed is not generally considered an essential item when it comes to caring for your pet. However, they can be a great way to keep your dog from climbing and sleeping on your furniture. They can also give your dog a place to consider their own.

For most dogs, a simple worn out pillow makes for an ideal dog bed. The trick is training the animal to sleep on the pillow instead of the regular furniture. In most cases, once a dog gets used to sleeping on the pillow, it is rare that they will sleep anywhere else.

A dog bed, however, can be a more expensive affair if the pet owner is seeking something a bit more upscale. High end dog furniture is often designed to mimic common household furniture. Everything from a four-post canopy bed to a Victorian era sofa can be found in dog sizes.
